This summer we are partnering with letSwim and offering free classes to our residents. Registration is required, reserve your spot HERE.
These classes are for everyone ages 13 and up. Intensity is easily modified for all levels of fitness. Even though they have a low impact, these classes are a total body workout that includes warm-up, aerobic, cool-down, strength & toning, and flexibility stretching. Classes are one hour in length. Class size is 12 participants.
