VOTING ELIGIBILITY
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BYLAWS, OWNERS WHO ARE DELINQUENT MORE THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS IN ANY FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TO
THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO VOTE UNLESS THE AMOUNT DUE IS PAID IN FULL BY THE TIME OF THE MEETING.
*Owners must be named on the property deed or have a valid voting certificate on file.

Results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 at 7pm pursuant to the Association’s documents including Section 5.2. (b) of the Articles of Incorporation of the Proprietary.
