Board of Directors Meeting August 2

The South Riding Proprietary Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, August 2,  2012 at the South Riding Center, 42420 Unicorn Drive, South Riding. Executive Session will begin at 6 p.m. and Open Session is normally scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

All meetings of the Board are open to South Riding residents. At the beginning of each meeting there will be an opportunity for residents to comment or ask questions concerning matters related to the Association. Following this comment period, the Board will conduct business with no further participation from residents in attendance. Also, in accordance with the association Bylaws and Virginia statute, the Board may conduct an executive session during the meeting for specified purposes.

The agenda for the meeting may be viewed below, and in accordance with Virginia statute a copy of the agenda packet provided to the Board for this meeting is available for review at the Town Hall during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Any questions concerning Board meetings may be addressed to the Town Hall, 703-327-4390 or by email townhall@southriding.net
