This secure and fully supported website tool allows you to access your own individual account in order to check your assessment charges, credits and balance from any internet connection 24/7.
The ability to view this information online provides you with a more efficient and effective way to inquire about your account with the Armstrong Management staff or the Association office in the Town Hall. An online payment option is available.
Getting Started
To register on Armstrong Connect and access your individual account click this link. You will need your Armstrong Management 12-digit account number found on your payment coupon book to register. Owners no longer need to email Town Hall for a registration code.
Online Payment
Pay Assessments Online: Armstrong Management accepts major credit cards and e-checks. Working with PayLease Inc,. you can now pay your Association fees online.

How does PayLease work?
Once you are a member of PayLease, you can visit the ArmstrongConnect website and make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments.
Standard processing is 2-3 business days. Business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to remember these processing times to make a payment ON TIME. You may also make a credit card payment over the phone by calling PayLease at (866) 729-5327.
