Business Expo & Community Yard Sale

The early bird catches the worm! Whether you are looking for a diamond in the rough within the 200 yard sale spaces or visiting one of the 95 local business vendors at the expo, this event is sure to have a bargain for everyone!
Business Expo- This a great way to promote your business to South Riding Residents!
• South Riding has 6,500+ homes and 25,000+ people
• Advertised throughout SR via website, magazine, Facebook, and signage.
• Your 30 word business description in SR magazine.
• Expo consists of 95+ business booths and 200+ yard sale booths
• 3,000+ people in attendance
• 10x10 booth space $125
• Tent rental available $100
• Electrical power available $25
• No tables or chairs provided
Applications must be submitted by July 15th for your business description to be listed in the May SR Magazine. Registration closes when spaces sell out.
Please note that your space will not be confirmed until we have received a completed registration form and payment.
VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXPO AREA FROM 7:30am-12pm.THIS INCLUDES LOADING,UNLOADING, ENTERING AND EXITING!!!!!
For your safety we ask that pedestrians do NOT enter the yard sale area until we have all the cars parked and unloaded (around 7:30am). Thank you for your cooperation.
